Strummin'

It is sort of funny finding time to blog with "normal" life happening everyday. Though, I will try to keep up for a bit.

The one thing that I have found time to do lately is play my guitar. I don't play for hours on end, but I usually end up playing in between classes or while waiting for roommates to get ready for certain events. Though I have certainly enjoyed the times I've been able to sit and chill with my guitar.

I've only been playing for about a year and I'm self-taught. Therefore, I only know easy stuff and don't really understand guitar lingo, but I love it anyways. I feel so much calmer after a good session with my guitar and I love just being able to sing and have fun. What's great is that the chords can be so simple, but the song can mean so much. And I usually end up playing Jesus songs or love songs. They're wonderful.

So, though I can't find time to blog, I find time for guitar and I suppose that is more important. haha It's time for me and God and time for serenity.
